1909 Sigtuna Stads Hotell

Описание

Built in 1909, the charming Sigtuna Stads Hotell lies along the banks of Lake Mälaren in the centre of Sweden´s oldest town, Sigtuna, with origins dating back to the middle ages.

Situated on picturesque main street Stora Gatan, dotted with small boutiques, cafes and buildings rich in tradition, Sigtuna Stads Hotell successfully combines modern design with historical charm.

This small and intimate 5-star hotel is decorated with natural materials such as oak and sandstone from the Öland Island. The elegant furniture and fittings are a mixture of Scandinavian classics and designer touches.

The restaurant was awarded the Rising Star award for 2008 by the White Guide and is rated as one of Sweden´s top 20 restaurants. Locally sourced ingredients are used to create genuine Swedish cuisine.

The convenient location enables easy and fast access to both Stockholm Arlanda International Airport and Stockholm and Uppsala. Please note that the reception closes at 13:00 on Sundays.
