The villa has a living room with a flat-screen TV and iPod docking station on the ground floor. The upper floor includes 3 bedrooms, one with a four-poster double bed and 2 with twin beds. There is another twin room downstairs. Three full bathrooms are available.

Located on the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. Barbecue facilities are available outdoors, as well as exterior furniture.

Casa Pinha provides free beach towels, board games and toys for children, and tennis rackets. Óbidos medieval village is a 20-minute drive, and Peniche is around 18 km away.

A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

For bookings between the 1st October and the 30th May each year, guests must pay an extra fee related to the use of gas in the villa (for using the heating if desired by guests). The amount to be paid will correspond to the reading of the gas metre, upon check-out and settled directly with the local manager.
