Fattoria Di Macia

Описание

Charming residence in countryside just outside Florence!

Located in a dominant position on Calvana hill, this charming residence is accessed from a long alley of secular cypresses (typical Tuscan trees).

It has completely been restructured in 2013 respecting the old place and making it very comfortable.

The house is surrounded by woods of green oaks and olive groves.

The near Villa, noble residence of the XVI century, is still lived by the owners, Dufour Berte who have chosen to live in the midst of their land.

The garden terrace looks over the valley of Marina river and the medieval village Calenzano. With free WiFi throughout, Fattoria di Macia is located in the Tuscan countryside, 3 km from Calenzano. It offers a self-catering accommodation with wood-beamed ceilings and rustic décor.

The house comes with a flat-screen TV and a patio. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and a microwave.

Fattoria di Macia is a 5-minute to Calenzano Train Station, with service to Florence and Prato. Pistoia is 25 km away. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
