The villa is a comfortable, modern, spacious home with enticing open terraces surrounding the house and a pool offering a choice of sunbathing opportunities.Essentially rural you nevertheless have all amenities close at hand. Less than 2km away the village of Panormos is home to a couple of well stocked grocery stores, some informal beach front tavernas and cafes as well as a popular pebble beach. Attractive beaches and family-run tavernas can also be found close by at Milia and Kastani.

All other amenities can be found a 20 minute drive away in Skopelos Town itself where the atmosphere is captivating. Here, narrow cobbled streets criss-cross their way downhill past the pristine façades of impressive townhouses and tiny whitewashed cottages.
