The lead guest must be over 18 years of age.

The property requires a copy of photo ID that matches the name on the card used to be booked and a photo of card holder holding their ID in his hand. This must be sent to the property before arrival.

The credit card details provided for the Booking.com reservation will be used as guarantee to cover any damages unless otherwise advised by guest. The Authorization form will be sent via secure link and the property will destroy it after the check-out.

Key collection is from the key nest shop 8 minutes walking distance from the property.

Extra cleaning and change of laundry is available at GBP 100 per visit and will take up to 4 hours. Guests can contact the inquiries clerk by email or phone to arrange this.

At checkout the guest will leave keys at the same key nest shop from where you collected them. Not returning the keys to the key nest shop will be charged 10 GBP.

The host reserves the right to cancel the booking without compensation in the event of excessive noise or nuisance to other guests and residents.
