I enjoy cooking a full English breakfast and welcoming guests into this Grade II-listed private home. This 15th-century house is less than 3 miles from Rye and offers free WiFi and full English breakfasts. The Old Well House is set within its own gardens with a courtyard and space for parking.

The French Wing has a king-sized antique mahogany bed dressed with Egyptian cotton sheets. There is a flat-screen satellite TV, radio/alarm and WiFi. The private bathroom has a slipper bathtub and separate shower. Shampoo and shower gel are provided plus hairdryer and towels.

There are tea/coffee making facilities.

The property is 5.7 miles from Rye Golf Club and 3.2 miles from Rye Railway Station. Guests can drive 13.7 miles to 1066 Battle of Hastings, Abbey and Battlefield Sight, while Winchelsea Beach and the English Channel are less than 7 miles away.
