A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note that there is strictly no check-in after 22.00 hrs.

Pets are not allowed at this hotel.

Breakfast is not included with your reservation and must be booked and prepaid with the property before 6pm on your day of arrival.

When booking 3 rooms or more, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be taken on receipt of booking.

Heating during the winter period at the Cecil Court Hotel is switched off between 11pm and 6am, an additional oil heater can be provided at a cost of £15 per day. Alternatively winter blankets are available free of charge from reception.

Please note: the building has no air conditioning. We do not provide room fans or summer bedding. Guests are welcome to bring their own.

Limited free parking is available on a first come basis we do not guarantee a space if you are a blue badge holder please contact hotel prior to arrival.

Please note that The property is not responsible for vehicles left in the car park.

Please kindly note the hotel accommodation is over first and second floors accessed by stairs only, theres no lift available.

We do not allow appliances such as portable fridges, cookers or radiators. Such items will be removed from the room and held by the reception for collection.

Cecil Court Hotel reserves the right to charge for electricity outside of reasonable usage.
