The Blacksmiths Arms

Описание

The Cumbrian bed and breakfast The Blacksmiths Arms enjoys a pretty village location, less than 25 minutes’ drive from Carlisle. With a restaurant, bar and garden, guests at The Blacksmiths Arms can make use of free parking and Wi-Fi.

Each room has tea and coffee facilities, a telephone, wardrobe and flat-screen TV. Bathrooms have a bath or shower, complementary toiletries and a hairdryer.

A full Cumberland breakfast is served daily, including locally produced Cumberland sausages. A lighter option of cereals, pastries and fresh juices is also available.

Downstairs, the pub serves light meals and bar snacks, and a separate restaurant area serves a full menu with daily specials. A pleasant beer garden is a quiet setting to enjoy a drink or meal.

The village of Talkin lies 9 miles east of Carlisle, and around 3 miles from the smaller market town of Brampton. The tranquil Talkin Tarn lake is just 5 minutes’ drive from The Blacksmiths Arms, while a trip to Hadrian’s Wall takes around 25 minutes.
