There is a open-plan living area with a kitchen complete with a dishwasher, an oven and microwave. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player is offered. There is a private bathroom with a shower and washing machine.

The area is popular for angling and birdwatching. Guests can enjoy the view of the boats on the Kiel Canal (Nord-Ostsee-Kanal) from the view point platform in Kuden. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
