This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of CAD 600 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

After booking, guests will be required to fill a check-in form and provide a government issued photo ID through a secure link. Failure to complete this step may prevent guest from accessing the apartment.

Check-in time starts at 4:00PM. Check-out time is at 11:00AM.

At departure, the guest is expected to leave the apartment in a general state of cleanliness (take out the garbages, clean used dishes…)

L’arrivée est à partir de 16h00. Le départ est à 11h00.

Le client doit laisser l’appartement dans un état général de propreté (sortir les déchets, nettoyer la vaisselle utilisée,…)
