This quaint guest house is within 10 minutes drive of downtown Vancouver. Each non-smoking guest room offers free WiFi and a telephone.

All rooms feature a private bathroom, mini-fridge and TV. Guests have access to a shared kitchen and living room area where they can relax. NOTE: Kitchen is temporarily closed for food preparation until further notice. Restaurants are available within easy walking distance.

Vancouver International Airport is 15 minutes drive from Dianas Bed & Breakfast. Queen Elizabeth Park is 2 km away. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note that Dianas Luxury Bed & breakfast does not accepting business credit card, the credit card has to match the address on the reservation and the ID presented at the property. Thank you very much

Damage deposit will not be charged or hold, this will occur, just if there is a damage. The credit card information will be appearing on file but will be used just in case occurs the damage.

Please note that guest can make the check-in with their suitcases as there is plenty of room and they do not have to pay extra for this.

The payment will be processed by Dianas Luxury Bed & breakfast.

Please confirm in advance if you are not having breakfast at the property. In case you do not have breakfast, a refund of $7.00 will be made.
