Bed linen is supplied. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. Other facilities include free WiFi, free parking and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Please inform Subistay in advance of your expected arrival time. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

A damage deposit of AUD 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note that this property requires a refundable AUD 300 bond upon check in to cover any incidental charges, damage to the property or excessive cleaning fees. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation.
