Located at the base of the world-renowned Whitsunday Island Passage, 32 km north-east of Mackay and 50 km south of Hamilton Island, this resort is the ideal haven for all travellers seeking a romantic escape.

Brampton Island is almost entirely made up of national park. The resort boasts 7 glorious white-sand beaches and its own coral reef. The resort is blessed with a year-round average temperature of 27° Celsius. Exotic species of land, sea and night birds live in and around the unspoilt forests and every effort is made to protect this natural environment. The resort houses a total of 106 rooms and guests can enjoy facilities such as a reception hall, currency exchange facilities, a bar, restaurants, conference facilities, Internet access, and room and laundry services.

There are 4 styles of accommodation available at the resort, all with a private bathroom, 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed. A hairdryer, direct dial telephone, television with in-house movies, clock radio, minibar and fridge come as standard. They also offer tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and individually regulated air conditioning units. All rooms feature their own patio or veranda.

The hotel offers many entertainment choices including beach volleyball, a 6-hole chip and putt golf course, nightly entertainment, National Park walking trails, some guided walks, fish feeding and slide presentations. Tennis (day and night), archery, pétanque, gym equipment, stretch and fitness classes are available. Guests can also enjoy aqua aerobics, snorkelling lessons, adventure snorkel trail, surf skis, sailboards, catamarans, soccer, croquet and beach massage demonstrations.
